- A check or credit card number will confirm and hold your reservation.
- Each of our rooms is suitable for one or two guests. Rates are based on double-occupancy and do not include the 6.875% Minnesota sales tax or 4% City of Winona lodging tax.
- Check-in is by appointment–generally between 3:00-6:00 p.m. Just give us a call if you’re running late. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.
- For individual room reservations, in other words, when there may be other guests staying in the house, children 12 years of age and older are welcome. Children of all ages are welcome when the entire house is rented by a single party.
- A $250.00 refundable damage deposit and signed rental agreement is required for whole-house rentals which includes all four double-occupancy guest suites plus indoor and outdoor common areas. For groups over eight, there is an added per person rate for each additional guests. A semi-private sofa bed is also available.
- Common area rental may be limited to certain days and hours so call for availability.
- Please note that due to zoning regulations, the caterer’s kitchen is not designed for on- site cooking and there is no stove. However, the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and small kitchen appliances. A $250.00 refundable damage deposit and signed rental agreement is required for common-area rentals.

Cancellations
To receive a full refund on an individual guest room reservation, please let us know by phone at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, and 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival for whole house rentals.
