Common area rental may be limited to certain days and hours so call for availability. Please note that due to zoning regulations, the caterer’s kitchen is not designed for on- site cooking and there is no stove. However, the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and small kitchen appliances. A $250.00 refundable damage deposit and signed rental agreement is required for common-area rentals.
